A series of freestyle exercises, which mainly selects from the elements of the vinyasa krama system. It is basically dynamic, the main asanas are held for 5-8 breaths. Compared to the average series, there are more strength asanas, and we work the muscles of the arms, shoulders and abdomen better. It can be a great preparation for practicing ashtanga and vinyasa krama sequences. In the second half of the class, there are always longer stretches, and then we end the practice with 5 minutes of relaxation.
